Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on khelovip are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions via cryptocurrency or any other method are not accepted on this platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one hour, though this may vary in cases of verification or unusual circumstances.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

khelovip offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus must be completed. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

A bonus is not direct cash and cannot be withdrawn without meeting the conditions. Misuse of bonuses, such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or attempting to meet wagering requirements through manipulation, is strictly prohibited.

Each promotional offer has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details. To find out the specific terms of any promotion, contact the support team directly. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, khelovip reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on khelovip are governed by specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting. If a game result is affected by a software error or technical issue, khelovip reserves the right to void that bet.

For sports betting, once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the event is cancelled or another exceptional circumstance arises. Changes to odds apply only up until the bet is confirmed.

Using any software, bots or automation tools during gaming or betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all winnings may be forfeited.

6.1 System Issues and Disputes

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or loss of internet connection, khelovip will review the session data before making a decision. If there is a dispute over any result, it must be formally raised with the support team within 72 hours of it occurring.

VIP Program

The khelovip VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2%. This cashback is calculated on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity and khelovip's assessment — no specific turnover thresholds are announced.

khelovip may change VIP benefits at any time. If an account is found to be manipulating activity in order to gain VIP status, that account's VIP benefits will be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khelovip:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using any software, bots or automated systems in betting or gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Coordinated betting to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
• Providing false or misleading information.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, khelovip reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all deposited funds, and may report the matter to law enforcement if necessary.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time through the support team. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure, those bonuses will be cancelled, but the real balance may be withdrawn.

khelovip may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases: violation of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, a court order or request from a regulatory authority, or a long period of account inactivity.
